Our products are paraben free. On top of that, we formulate our products with:
• No synthetic colour
• No synthetic fragrances
• No mineral oils
• No harmful chemicals

Are 3RIFIC products suitable for every skin type?
Our products are suitable for normal to combination/dry skin, and are good for sensitive skin especially for those who sensitive with synthetic fragrances.

How should I store 3RIFIC products?
As the product have high concentrate of natural ingredients. We recommended to store 3RIFIC products in a cool dry place, and avoid direct light.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However please contact customer service immediately via email at cservice@3rific.com

We accept Credit Card, and PayPal payments. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit or debit cards. PayPal account balances and bills accounts without sharing your personal information to the public.

Shipping method
We ship via Registered AirMail with Track-and-Trace information for selective destinations.
Standard shipping (approximately 3-5 business days) for domestic delivery and 5-14 business days for international orders. Please allow 2-3 days before your order information show up on the Track-and-Trace link provided to you. If you have not received your order within the estimated time, please email us at cservice@3rific.com

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the address correctly. Please ensure the address you are entering is accurate and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for packages shipped with undeliverable addresses or insufficient.
Once your order has already shipped, we cannot modify the address. If your package is undeliverable, you will be notified as soon as the package is returned to us.
